Ticket on sale here (additional charge of 0,50 € on each ticket) or at FNAC (additional charge of 1 € on each ticket).
Permanent collection
> The permanent collection ticket includes access to the Auditorium Foyer Gallery exhibition
For your convenience:
- Audio tours of the permanent collection in English, French, and Spanish are free.
- Families: ask for the families pack (free) at the ticket desk.
Exhibitions and permanent collection
> The Exhibtions ticket includes access to all exhibitions and to the permanent collection. This ticket (paid or free) must be booked online for a specific day and time*.*
- Full rate: 10 €
- Non EU residents aged 18-25 reduced rate: 7 €
- Main exhibition tickets for EU residents aged 18-25: 5 €
*The time of your visit corresponds to the time you enter the main exhibition. You can continue your visit in the permanent collection or in the foyer..
Free access
Free access to permanent collection and to the auditorium Foyer exhibition:
- European Union residents aged 18-25
- For all : every first Saturday of the month from October to June.
The ongoing temporary exhibition still requires a ticket, at the usual rates indicated above.

You may be asked for currently valid proof.
Paris Museum Pass holders (valid for 2, 4 or 6 consecutive days) have free admission to the Permanent collection and to exhibitions. They can follow the guided tour in English at a very reduced rate (see below). The PMP, created by InterMusées, is on sale at the MahJ ticket desk and gives access to 50 museums and monuments in Paris and the Paris area. PMP holders book a time slot (free) and present it with their valid pass directly to the room control or purchase their tickets for guided tours in English at the ticketdesk.
Guided tours in English for individuals
Designed for children and adults, two different guided tours are scheduled alternating between museum tours of the permanent collection Discover the mahJ and Walking tours of the Jewish Marais (usually scheduled in summer).

Tickets of the guided tour Discover the mahJ include admission to the museum.

Groups of adults
> Booking
- Groups of adults must reserve at groupes@mahj.org
The activity must be paid by bank transfer 8 days in advance. It remains charged if the group does not come or does not connect, except when the cancellation has been announced at least 7 days in advance to groupes@mahj.org. The entrance fees of the guided tour Discover the mahJ are to be paid by the manager of the group, on its arrival at the cashdesk (payment by cash, bank cards Visa or Amex).
Self-guided groups must be led by one of the following: curators, teachers accompanied by students, tour guides, or lecturers with professional credentials. The group may use the audioguide to the permanent collection.
The use of audiophones is compulsory in the temporary exhibition galleries. The mahJ provides audiophones free of charge, subject to reservation and conditions.

The guided tour Discover the mahJ can be adapted to hard of hearing visitors using induction loop, or to visitors with reduced mobility. The guided walking tour Discover the Jewish Marais can be adapted to hard of hearing visitors using induction loop.
