Admission

The mahJ rates, voted by the Board of Directors, are subject to change. The rate in force on the day of your visit will apply.

Ticket on sale here (additional charge of 0,50 € on each ticket).

Permanent collection

> The permanent collection ticket includes access to the Auditorium Foyer Gallery exhibition 

  • Full rate: 10 €
  • Non EU residents aged 18-25 reduced rate: 7 €

Exhibitions and permanent collection

> The Exhibtions ticket includes access to all exhibitions and to the permanent collection. This ticket (paid or free) must be booked online for a specific day and time.*

  • Full rate: 10 €
  • Non EU residents aged 18-25 reduced rate: 7 € 
  • Main exhibition tickets for EU residents aged 18-25: 5 €

*The time of your visit corresponds to the time you enter the main exhibition. You can continue your visit in the permanent collection or in the foyer.

Free access

Free access to permanent collection and to the auditorium Foyer exhibition:

  • European Union residents aged 18-25
  • For all : every first Saturday of the month from October to June.
    The ongoing temporary exhibition still requires a ticket, at the usual rates indicated above.

Free access to permanent collection and to all exhibitions:

  • Friends of the mahJ
  • Under 18
  • People with disabilities (and one accompanying person)
  • Icom card holders
  • Museum curators
  • Press card holders
  • Refugees (upon presentation of an OFPRA proof)

You may be asked for currently valid proof.

Paris Museum Pass holders (valid for 2, 4 or 6 consecutive days) have free admission to the Permanent collection and to exhibitions. They can follow the guided tour in English at a very reduced rate (see below). The PMP, created by InterMusées, is on sale at the MahJ ticket desk and gives access to 50 museums and monuments in Paris and the Paris area. PMP holders book a time slot (free) and present it with their valid pass directly to the room control or purchase their tickets for guided tours in English at the ticketdesk.

Rates for cultural activities

Rates for guided tours include access to the permanent collection or temporary exhibitions areas for free wandering after the activity, subject to capacity.

Once you've made your reservation, don't hesitate to contact us to ensure the best possible reception conditions for disabled people, and to let us know if you have a companion (and ask that a place be reserved in the auditorium, subject to availability).

Guided tours in English for individuals

Designed for children and adults, two different guided tours are scheduled alternating between museum tours of the permanent collection Discover the mahJ and Walking tours of the Jewish Marais (usually scheduled in summer).

  • Full rate: 14€
  • Reduced rate*: 8€

Tickets of the guided tour Discover the mahJ include admission to the museum.

* Reduced rate: EU residents aged under 25 years, people with disabilities, Friends of the mahJ, Paris museum pass holders

Auditorium

The auditorium program is in French language.

Methods of payment 

At the museum

  • Cash: in euros
  • Cheque: French cheque payable to the mahJ with proof of identity 
  • Credit card: French and foreign cards (CB, Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express)
  • Other French means of payment accepted: chèques culture, chèques vacances, chèques cadeau culture and chèque cadeau sélection

Payment in advance

All distance sales are firm. No cancellations are accepted and no reimbursements are made, except if the event is cancelled by the museum.
