Current opening hours

The museum is closed every Monday except for schoolgroups on booking. The museum is closed every 1st January, 1st May, for the the Jewish New Year (Roch ha-Shana) and for the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur).

Last ticket sales 45 minutes before closure.

> Opening hours until March 6th, 2022. Exhibitions on display "Patrick Zachman" and "Si Lewen, Parade" (until May 8th).

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 11 am–6 pm
Wednesday: 11 am–9 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10 am–7 pm
Early closing at 5 pm on Fridays December 24th and 31th , and at 6 pm on Saturday December 25th, 2021. Exceptional closure on January 1st, 2022.

Audio guides

Audio guides for the permanent collection in French, English, German, Spanish, Russian  and Hebrew are available free of charge.


The museum has the “Tourisme et handicap” accreditation for autonomous visits by people with hearing or learning disabilities. The permanent collection is accessible to people with reduced mobility with an accompanier (lift), but access includes obstacles (paved courtyard, sloped entry ramp, manually operated door). Partially sighted or blind people can request to touch certain objects with gloves (enquire at reception). Please check this page for more information.
