Opening hours

Tuesday to Friday: 11 am–6 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10 am–6 pm
Last ticket sales 45 minutes before closure
The museum is closed every Monday. It is also closed on September 19th and 20th, 2020 for the Jewish New Year (Roch ha-Shana)

Audio guides

Audio guides for the permanent collection in French, English, German, Spanish, Russian  and Hebrew are available free of charge.

Disabilities

The museum has the “Tourisme et handicap” accreditation for autonomous visits by people with hearing or learning disabilities. The permanent collection is accessible to people with reduced mobility with an accompanier (lift), but access includes obstacles (paved courtyard, sloped entry ramp, manually operated door). Partially sighted or blind people can request to touch certain objects with gloves (enquire at reception).
