Reservations 

  • All groups must reserve in advance 

Reservations are processed Monday to Friday from 14.30 to 17.00:

Groups must reserve and produce their written confirmation on arrival. 

  • There are two types of schedule depending on whether you are visiting an exhibition or the permanent collection 

Exhibitions  

Indicate the desired time slot when you reserve:

Tuesday to Friday:

Time slot 1: 11.15 – 12.45

Time slot 2: 12.15 – 13.45

Time slot 3: 13.15 – 14.45

Time slot 4: 14.15 – 15.45  

Time slot 5: 15.15 – 16.45     

Time slot 6: 16.15 – 17.45     

Late opening Wednesday evening:

Time slot 7: 17.15 – 18.45

Time slot 8: 18.15 – 19.45  

Time slot 9: 19.15 – 20.45

Saturday and Sunday:

Time slot 1: 10.15 – 11.15

Time slot 2: 11.15 – 12.45

  • Permanent collection 

Tuesday to Friday, 11.15 to 16.00. Visits begin every quarter of an hour. 

On Saturday visits begin from 10.15 to 16.00 
On Sunday visits begin from 10.15 to 13.00.

  • Speakers 

Only accredited guides, interpreters, lecturers and teachers with their pupils are permitted to speak to groups in the museum, having produced currently valid professional identification at the ticket desk.

The group leader produces confirmation of the reservation at the ticket desk and pays for the number of participants. Participants can leave personal effects in the cloakroom. Plan for your group’s arrival fifteen minutes in advance due to the security check (X-ray control of personal effects) and equipping participants with audiophones. 

  • Payment

The group leader pays for admission on the day of the visit, in cash, by cheque or credit card.
Cancellations of reservations must be notified in writing to visites@mahj.org at least four days in advance, otherwise the reservation will be billed.
